Payment Terms
Cash or cheque accepted on delivery of first order.
An account will be set up automatically for you for future orders.
Business terms are 28 days from date of invoice.
H&L Caterers reserves the right to charge 2% over HSBC basic rate on overdue invoices.
There is a £10.00 delivery charge for all orders under £80.00.

Cancellations
24 hours notice is required for any cancellations.
Customer queries must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
